First time I've used this service,I wasn't sure if it would work but it turned out brilliant,we arrived back from our flight with 20 mins to spare,drove up to the barrier,slowed down,the barrier opened and we were on our way home.

Find prices for Teesside Official On Airport Parking
The instructions given on the booking sheet did not match up with what I was able to do at the airport. The instructions requested me to place my card (used for payment) at the barrier and if this didn’t work, then to take a ticket. There was no option at the barrier to place my card.
The instructions requested me to add my reference number at the barrier but there was no option to do this either with the machines in the airport entrance or at the barrier.
I had to push the help button and the gentleman did take my reference number and allow me through.
Your instructions need updating to suit the system you operate at Teesside airport.

On my return the machine told me I had to pay £55, which, as I had paid £45 on-line in advance did not please me!
However, the guy manning the 'help' button was very helpful & this problem was soon sorted.
My next return trip will be on Boxing Day so I hope there will be someone on duty in case I have the same problem again.

Good secure parking. Was able to leave the airport swiftly using excellent exit procedure. Useful after a long flight when I was tired. Only downside was the cost. It was more expensive to pre book . I was charged £45 plays £40 my ticket wanted to charge me at the exit barrier, despite claiming it was cheaper to pre book.

I found the system easy to use and would have no problem using it again if I fly from Teeside.
However, I did think it was a litle expensive ( I have paid less for 2 weeks at Manchester airport on site parking)

Spot on-straight forward. Barriers raised on arrival and exit. Parking right in front of the terminal. Will definitely use again.
